In classes we cultivate core strength through individual & partner asana, embody the flow of trust and surrender in inversions and partner balancing, and find deep relaxation through the magic of "flying massage." Together, we open to new possibilities. No need to bring a partner & no experience necessary. All levels welcome, including beginners!
