Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is soothing & harmonizing for your body, mind, and spirit. This unique healing art is both relaxing & energizing! During a session, you wear loose-fitting clothing while lying on a comfy futon with cushions on the floor while you are gently rocked, stretched, and kneaded into pure bliss! I will apply moderate to deep pressure to accupressure points using my hands, knees & feet. No oils or lotions are used. Come out of your session feeling light-hearted and freshly charged! This style is also great for active folks looking for deeper bodywork and stretches and is a wonderful choice for athletes, dancers, and for treating injuries.

Thai Foot Massage & Reflexology

This unique ritual for feet and lower legs starts off with a luxurious foot soak and scrub using fresh limes followed by an energizing foot and lower leg massage using a customary salve created especially for you. The massage is followed by a traditional foot reflexology treatment using a special teak stick. Foot reflexology is effective for treating a variety of conditions and is an amazing way to relieve stress and improve your overall energetic balance.

Swedish

TFluid strokes are applied rhythmically to promote deep relaxation, improve the body's circulation, and enhance tissue detoxification. This traditional European style massage can be enhanced with customized aromatherapy oil blends.
